Do you take a percentage of my orders?
No. There is no commission, no per-order fee and no fee added to your guests' bill. You pay a flat monthly price. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢ online in the US), paid by you to Stripe, not to us.
What does it cost, all in?
Essentials is $150 a month and Growth is $250 a month, for your first location. Each extra location is $50 a month. Setup is $1,000, waived with a one-year commitment. On top of that you pay Stripe's card processing, and, if you run ads, the ad spend goes to Meta or Google.
Where does the money from my orders go?
Into your own Stripe account. When your restaurant launches, you connect your Stripe account (or open one), guests pay you directly, and payouts go to your bank on Stripe's schedule. GrowResto never holds your money.
Do I have to build the website myself?
No. We build your website, load your whole menu and stay with you until your first online order arrives.
Is there a contract?
You choose. Commit to one year and the $1,000 setup is waived. Or go month-to-month and pay the setup fee once. The full terms are in the customer agreement you see before you sign anything.
How do orders reach my kitchen?
On a kitchen screen that runs in the browser of any tablet, with a printable ticket. It runs alongside your point-of-sale system; you do not need to replace it.
Do you do delivery?
Your site takes pickup orders. If you run your own drivers, we can set up delivery with your own fee and area. We do not supply drivers.
Will the AI answer my phone without me knowing what it says?
No. It is built to answer from your real menu, hours and ordering status, and you decide when it picks up. If your menu or hours change, what it says changes with them.
Do your AI agents post ads or send emails on their own?
No. They draft; you approve. Nothing goes out without your yes. You can also run ads and emails yourself.
What about sales tax?
When your restaurant launches, tax is calculated from reviewed state and local rules for your location, and every receipt shows each tax line. If your state is not set up yet, we set it up before your online ordering opens.
Can you guarantee I will rank first on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We set up your site and Google Business Profile so search engines can read your menu, hours and location correctly, and we tell you what we changed.
Can you help with other tech, not just the website?
Yes. If something technical is getting in your way, such as a printer, QR codes for your tables, a tool you already use or something custom, ask us.
Who is behind GrowResto?
GrowResto is a service of Arukya Digitech LLC. You work directly with Divya, the founder.
Do I need to change my point-of-sale system?
No. GrowResto does not require any particular POS or hardware.
How do delivery-app commissions compare?
DoorDash US partnership plans (Basic 15%, Plus 25%, Premier 30%) were the published US rates for app orders delivered by their drivers when we checked on 2026-10-25. Rates differ by plan and city, so check your own statement.
